Shipping & Returns
To insure Christmas delivery ready to wear orders must be placed by Dec. 15th. All
In November 2020 I had a major health emergency that put me in the ICU, plus a follow up surgery in December. Because of this I had to take a medical leave and production stopped for a couple months. I'm back to work and working hard at catching up. But orders are taking longer than normal to ship out.
Orders are shipped insured via UPS or USPS depending on your selection at checkout.
For stock items please allow 2-3 business days processing time. Made to order corsets please allow 4-6 weeks once all details are finalized and confirmed. If you have a special due date please contact us before placing your order to insure on time delivery.
International customers please note that USPS first class air is usually the least expensive choice, however USPS does not offer insurance for this option therefore choosing USPS first class air is at your own risk.
SHIPMENTS TO AUSTRAILIA AND NEW ZELAND:
Currently the only option for shipping via USPS is Priority Express International. If that option is not chosen I will contact you with updated shipping costs and invoice prior to shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, (and ONLY if the garment is unworn, any returned garments that are found to have been worn will be returned). Please contact us for return approval prior to sending item back. After the 14 day time period no returns will be accepted without approval and are available for exchange or store credit only.
Please make sure when shipping items back that they are properly packaged and insured
Shipping charges are non-refundable
If exchanging same product for different size please provide payment for return shipping, this would be equal to original shipping amount
Custom/Bespoke and Made to Order Corsets: For a period of 14 days after delivery Isabella Corsetry will perform minor repairs to garment at no cost. After 14 days any changes will incur a charge. Isabella Corsetry is not responsible for a corset made to incorrect measurements supplied by customer or if customer changes weight/size after order is placed. Fit of overbust corsets cannot be guaranteed without a personal fitting or mail order muslin. Any possible changes to order must be made in writing prior to construction of garment and my incur additional fees. Because of the nature of a custom made garment once the garment has been cut there are no refunds or cancelations.
ORDER CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS
Canceled orders and returns payment is credited back to the name on the order. Orders returned for a refund will be refunded the amount minus the shipping costs. Any order returned after 14 days of receiving the item is eligible for exchange or store credit only.
