ONLINE ORDERS:
Completely fill out our secure order detail and measurement forms.  Due to the fact that our corsets are completely customized to each clients specifications Isabella will contact you once she has reviewed your information with a firm price quote and arrange payment at that time.
***Deadlines or special due dates must be noted on order form at time of order or we cannot guarantee delivery on time, and late notice may incur a rush fee + additional shipping costs.  Thanks for understanding.***

BY MAIL OR FAX:
Print out both the measurements pages and order form.  Both must be filled out completely.  Contact me if you have any questions about either of these pages or if you need me to mail you a copy of these forms.

PAYMENT:
A deposit equal to half the total order must accompany order, with remaining balance due upon completion prior to delivery.  Payment may be made by check or money order, or by credit card:  (Visa and MasterCard only) via our secure server, or via PayPal (paypal payments will recieve a payment request once order is confirmed by customer).  
Once I order details are recieved I will contact you to confirm either by email, phone, or fax.  Checks are held for 10 days for clearing. 

SHIPPING:
All packages of finished corsets are  shipped via UPS ground delivery within the US and are fully insured. International orders are shipped via USPS insured air mail, next day shipping is available for an addition $25.  

Wholesale inquiries:
please email or call for more info...and please state your business/store name, what kind of products you sell, where your store is located, your resale # and contact person when submitting your wholesale inquiries...inquiries that do not provide the above info will be ignored
